本所收容人，結合才藝班資源，共同執行矯正署「獄起廉心一同online」徵圖活動，活動期間(4月)，創作貼圖參與競賽。

創作圖呈現意涵為矯正機關管理員應公平合理管教收容人，並且不受金錢、暴力威脅利誘。

另關於收受賄賂，不只收錢的公務員有刑責，送錢的民眾也有刑責。

Inmate of Keelung Detention Center attended art class and joined the Line-sticker contest which was initialed by Agency of Corrections during April.

The meaning of picture/sticker show that the authority should discipline the inmates reasonably and fairly.

The correctional officer should resist bribes and threat of violence.

Not only accepting bribes but also the offering is guilty.
