The Agency of Correction has promoted the implementation plan of "Love in the Cloud ~ Electronic Family Contact Book" since 2021, providing an electronic platform for inmates with children under the age of 15 at home, and family members can submit online applications. After completing the review, family members can upload 1 file per month. The photo files and text will be received by the teaching assistance team and sent to the inmates for reading, so as to increase the support of the inmates’ families and enhance the connection between the inmates and their families in multiple ways.

Before every Chinese New Year, correctional institutions will conduct a face-to-face reunion, so that the inmates can reunite with their family members and relieve their sorrows. In order to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the family connection of the inmates, the electronic family contact book is used to make the inmates feel the warmth of family. Seeing the photos of his children, A-Ming's eyes turned red and he bluntly said, "I really miss them." Another inmate, A-Yang, saw the photos and smiled knowingly. He felt that the family dressed up the children very cute. Participate in your child's growth every month through an electronic family contact book.

With the advancement of science and technology, correctional institutions are also actively handling counseling and education activities in innovative ways, which improve the effectiveness of education and education in novel and diverse ways. Family relationship is an important cornerstone for the inmates to return to society. Our center will make every effort to promote various educational activities, strengthen the family connection of the inmates, and promote their smooth reintegration into society and new citizens.
